British Invasion Dance Party! (Lawn Program)
Get ready to dance through the decades! The BRITISH INVASION DANCE PARTY is coming to Balboa Park on Sunday 13 April, and YOU are invited!
Groove to British hits from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and beyond on the International Cottages Lawn (or stage), and don’t forget to dress the part! Rock those white go-go boots, fringe vest, giant hair, mohawk, or Doc Martins! (With any luck we will get an Austen Powers or two.)
Enjoy a live DJ and delicious specialty meat pies! Food & drink service and lawn exhibitors go from 11am to 4pm.
The MAIN EVENT goes noon to 4:00p.
As always, our noon kickoff boasts the cutest possible party opener: a CORGI PARADE! Yes it’s true, the Monarchs of Adorableness will be out in furry force with their proud humans.

Hogwarts Halloween at House of England
What is this I hear? The House of England has magically transformed into HOGWARTS SCHOOL OF WITCHCRAFT & WIZARDRY? I guess you better come check it out, but only if you’re not afraid of fantastic beasts - because this is where you will find them! You’ll see witches and wizards in costume, butterbeer, wand experiences, House Sorting, plus all manner of strange phenomenon. Look for Muggle type Halloween candy too. See you there!
